Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review all power team RD design status and meet the new project schedule.
Help to solve the design bottleneck.
Handle all old PSU RMA, to solve the issue
Handle all PSU quality, including the new and mass production product.
Review all PSU EN/ECN.
Review and keep power solutions (551) every team job performance, include H/W RD, F/W RD, ME, TE, PE, QA, PM team.
Work with PSU vendors closely to ensure the PSU develop schedule, production schedule and quality.
Research and plan the new PSU technology, trend, specification.
Qualifications: More than 10 years server PSU design experience.
Design and mass production more than 20 projects.
More than 10 years RD manager experience.
Tire one PSU company manager experience.
