Position Overview To develop and implement Learning Experience and Employee Communications programs in Taiwan Market, this role is overall responsible for developing employee’s capabilities, including planning and executing all learning and development programs based on the company needs for both retail staff and office staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop talents and elevate their capabilities and create strong employee engagement to support the long-term success of the business.
Work closely with the Employee Learning Experience Corporate and Employee Communications Lead, GC to ensure the high quality of Learning Experience program delivery Employment communication program deployment.
Organize local employee engagement activities to enhance people belongings Work with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion groups to promote DEI culture Support the Managing Director of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan (HMT) to initiative and deploy training program to develop the retail team skillsets, elevate the customer experience with excellent service Conduct Training Programs & on floor coaching Orientation and RL Service training for all new staffs Support on new store opening projects Leadership Program for People Development Store coaching of field requests Other Training Program implementation and follow up Provide administrative support Training Preparation (logistic arrangement, material preparation and so on.) Keep and consolidate training record database and enrolment status Materials Translations Collect Best Practice over field coaching Overall plan and monitor the learning budget for Taiwan Any other ad-hoc P&D and learning program assigned. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor degree with at least 8 years of training experience Hands-on experience in conducting training programs in particular customer service and selling skills Training course development experience Management training or leadership training experience advantageous Service-oriented, detail-minded, self-motivated, mature and independent Good communication and presentation skills Fluent in spoken & written English Willing to travel within the market Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
