Ensuring brand consistency across the platform while ensuring user interface maintain appealing.

- Redesign and implement intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces while maintaining brand consistency.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX changes.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Optimize the website for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Incorporate Web3 principles and features, ensuring a user-friendly experience for blockchain-native and new users.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.

- Monitor and iterate on designs based on analytics and user feedback.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a focus on Web3 or financial platforms.

  - Strong portfolio showcasing website optimization projects and design skills.

  - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

  - Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, Java Script) is a plus.

  - Experience in Web3 design principles and familiarity with blockchain concepts.
