Three Trader is an offshore foreign exchange trading (FOREX) brokerage firm. The business was founded in late 2020. The main goal of the business is to provide an advantageous trading environment for traders globally with an affordable cost to trade thereby lowering the barrier to entry for prospective traders.
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced marketing co-ordinator to join our team and work with team members from all around the world (from Taichung to Tokyo to Sydney to Sao Paulo). You’ll work closely with the wider Three Trader team as well as external partners and agencies to help co-ordinate our marketing efforts and deliverables across for all of our touchpoints (website, social, app and portal)
What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and goals.
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with the product team.
- Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyzing user feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and the ability to deliver intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex design challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Experience in the finance or technology industry is preferred.
